- i'm a wife and mom and g-ma...living the good life...i was banded 7/7/2011 and am about to get the hang of things! My main motivation for the band was mainly mechanics...my knees, my back, my feet...my entire body basically. My DH and I are planning wonderful, exciting, active things for our future...and I didn't want to miss a thing! I have a wonderful daughter and son-in-law who blessed us with our sweet Grandson nearly three years ago, and two great sons who are both at university and still living at home. I work in the medical field and my DH is the Dean of Fine Arts at the university where we live. We love to travel, camp, hike, fish, camp, swim, fish, hike, and camp. Anything outside is really fine with us!
